Bargain Lot: German Soldbuch & POW Documents to Wehrmacht Obergefreiter Pionier w/ Extensive Wartime Experience!!!
Being offered is an original wartime Soldbuch and paper grouping to a Wehrmacht obergefreiter who served as a Pionier (extensive service with Eisenbahn [Railway] Pionier Kompanie 70 and later in Infanterie Regiment 641). Many, many wonderful entries (i.e. spent time in a field hospital in TARNOW, Poland in 1943, etc.). The soldbuch is complete, which includes an attached uniformed photo of the holder, along with many paper inserts; however the pages are mostly use with expected wear. A number of paper inserts in the Soldbuch include paperwork showing this soldier was captured and made a POW by the US Army (note POW feldpost shown). Really a solid researchable group priced to sell.
