Being offered is a remarkable complete homemade photo album of a Wehrmacht soldier who saw extensive service in North Africa with the famed Afrika Korps (DAK). The photo album offered has a beautifully handcrafted heavy paper cover, with the album pages inside containing some one hundred and fifteen (115) original wartime photos; all except one (which is a studio Wehrmacht uniform pic) focus on the war in North Africa! DAK photo albums are not that commonly found; especially one that is complete. It should be noted that some pages are becoming detached from the twin rope holding the pages together, and that there is no back cover to the album. Still, this album is complete with military focused with views of German / Italian panzer tanks, Lkw trucks (numerous views - unit markings visible), troops at war, a few scenic views, postcard, studio pics, etc!
