Document & Award Grouping: Luftwaffe Nachrichten Soldier's Wehrpass with War Merit Cross Award Citation & Medal!!!
Being offered is a wonderful wartime grouping to a Luftwaffe soldier, which includes his Wehrpass, War Merit Cross award document with medal and a number of accompanying documents. The Wehrpass includes a photo of the holder and has numerous stampings and entries throughout. The binding of the Wehrpass is intact, however pages 25-28 are missing. The soldier entered service in 1939 (Invasion of Poland) to 1945, during which time he saw service in a number of nachrichten / signals units. In addition to the Wehrpass this grouping includes a trimmed down citation award document showing this solder was awarded the War Merit Cross with Swords in 1945 (Luftwaffe Generalleutnant’s ink signature present) along with the actual medal with ribbon attached! Additionally there are a few items with this grouping including a Deutsches Rotes Kreuz (DRK) blood donor booklet, a refugee ausweis ID book and some partial wartime paperwork. Really a nice ID / award grouping, priced to sell.
